Worst Venue Ever

I typically attend over 20 concerts a year and the iThink Amphitheater in West Palm Beach FL was the most mismanaged venue I have ever been to and as a result, ruined the concert experience for my friends and I. They did nothing to control traffic lights or help direct cars into the venue, it took us over an hour to move less than 1/2 mile so we ended up missing the first 6 songs of the show. Once parked, we had to walk nearly 1 mile from the parking lot to the venue to wait in more lines. We purchased lawn seats that came with a chair, but the lawn attendant told us it wasn't worth picking up the chair as there was no where to put it. The lawn was oversold by 50%, there was NO WHERE for an additional person to stand and was overcrowded as it was. Because of this, we spent over $100 on each ticket and could only listen to the concert from the concession area as there was no where to even stand to see the show. Extremely disappointing and ruined a 40th birthday. I will never go back to this venue. Beware.
